Questions about buying

How does the handover work?

We arrange a time with you and hand over the watch in person in Switzerland. You pay at the handover.

How do I pay?

On the spot in cash or by instant bank transfer, by Twint if you prefer. You receive an invoice from Solidas GmbH stating reference and serial number.

Can I trade in my current watch?

Yes. We buy watches every day and can offset yours directly against the price. Just mention it in your request.

What does a sourcing request cost?

Nothing. No fee, no deposit, no obligation. You only pay if you buy a watch, and you pay at the handover.

How quickly can you find my watch?

Common models usually within 3 days, rare references can take weeks. Through the dealer network we also reach watches that are never listed. We only get in touch with genuine matches.

Do I get the box and papers?

If that matters to you, we look specifically for full sets. Without box and papers a watch is usually cheaper.

We buy directly from dealers and sell without a shop, without sales staff and without expensive advertising. None of those costs end up in your price.

Do you sell abroad?

As a rule, we hand over the watch in person in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. In individual cases, we can ship it once it has been paid in full, including abroad. We agree insurance, customs and costs with you beforehand.
